Oil & Gas

Cooling Tower is essential equipment for most of the Oil and gas industry, where the process vessel, heat exchangers, or other process machinery are cooled with water. The heated water is pumped back for the re-cooling to the cooling tower. The heat is dissipated from the water through evaporation. Safety is a critical factor in this type of industry. Our towers are fitted with flame-retardant PVC fills and fiberglass, to keep Safety high and the risk of damage low. Our DFC-50, DFC-60 & DFC-60 UX ranges of cooling towers are ideally suited for such high-risk environments. These are induced draft counterflow cooling towers. The counterflow tower, as its name suggests, has water flowing in one direction and air flowing in another direction. They represent a relatively inexpensive and dependable means of removing low-grade heat from the process water. Fiber-reinforced plastic is a composite material that has been used in cooling towers because it has excellent resistance to corrosion, low maintenance requirements, and a long service life. FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) is a composite material that is made from a combination of polymer and fiberglass. The polymer component provides strength and rigidity to the composite, while the fiberglass component gives it its toughness.
